Responsibilities

Join our new and rapidly growing Urology practice in the heart of the Umpqua Valley, Southern Oregon. We are seeking a full-time or part-time Urologist to join our growing team. 

Centennial Urology is a division of CHI Mercy Medical Center (a member of CommonSpirit) in Roseburg, Oregon, serving a patient population of over 110,000. We offer patients throughout the region local access to high-quality medical services not typically found in a rural community of our size.

Qualifications
  • Ability to obtain a medical license in the State of Oregon

  • U.S. board certification or board eligible
  • Ability to obtain a DEA certificate with full prescriptive authority needed for specific practice
