The posted compensation range of $444,000 - $470,000 /year is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
Mercy Medical Group (MMG), a multi-specialty group with more than 550 healthcare providers in the Sacramento region, is looking to add a BE/BC fellowship-trained Minimally Invasive Surgeon to its Surgery Department. As a part of Dignity Health Medical Foundation, MMG doctors provide services to patients at Dignity Health locations throughout Sacramento, which include four renowned hospitals and numerous multispecialty clinics.

Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive two-year guarantee ($444,000 - $470,000) with signing bonus and relocation stipend, followed by production-based shareholder opportunity with production and quality bonuses

Job Requirements
- BE/BC General Surgery (ABMS or AOA)
- California Floroscopy License
- Ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital/surgical privileges at Dignity Health California hospitals
- A passion for providing excellent clinical care in a collaborative team-based setting
- Willing to abide by and promote the values of CommonSpirit Health
