The posted compensation range of $80.07 - $107.23 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

As our EP Program Nurse Shift Manager, you will help patients undergoing cardiac electrophysiology (EP) procedures by coordinating their care and managing the inpatient EP program so they can receive safe, efficient, and high-quality treatment and achieve optimized outcomes.
Every day you will coordinate care for patients, including pre-operative and post-operative management, and communicate essential case updates to all involved parties. You will be expected to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including cardiac electrophysiologists, advanced practice providers (APPs), and nursing staff, while also providing patient education to facilitate timely discharge and managing procedure orders.
To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in nursing, current BLS and ACLS certifications, and a minimum of one year of cardiac nursing experience. Preferred qualifications include prior electrophysiology or cardiology inpatient experience and expertise in cardiac rhythm interpretation.

- Minimum One (1) year cardiac nuring experience
Preferred:
- Prior electrophysiology or cardiology inpatient experience
- Experience with cardiac rhythm interpretation
