The posted compensation range of $39.18 - $58.28 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

As our Sr Financial Analyst, you will be a key strategic partner, leveraging advanced financial analysis to drive insight, predictability, and efficiency in supply chain operations.
Every day, you will analyze supply chain data to provide leaders with insights on initiative performance, forecasts, and budgeting, improving expense predictability. You'll support budget development/variance reporting, present recommendations to market finance leaders, and collaborate for consistent analysis and reporting across functions.
To be successful in this role, you will possess deep expertise in financial modeling/data analysis, supply chain understanding, and exceptional communication.
- Mentors and supports team members in the development of their knowledge and professional skills.
- Completes month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities related to cash management, tax and audit, including preparing the appropriate audit work papers for such activities.
- Creates and utilizes automated tools for the updating, analyzing and reporting of consolidated financial results for both internal and external use.
- Performs accounting functions for the organization, including record keeping and reporting.
Job Requirements
Required
- Bachelors Other or five (5) years of related job or industry experience in lieu of the degree
- Minimum of five (5) years analytical and accounting experience
