House Supervisor – St. Bernardine Medical Center

What You Will Do
- Lead and coordinate nursing staff during assigned shifts to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Monitor hospital operations, allocate resources effectively, and respond to urgent needs.
- Support and coach nursing staff, contributing to growth, development, and performance.
- Document daily staffing and administrative records, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate across departments to maintain continuity of care.
- Provide direct nursing care to patients when needed, keeping families informed and supported throughout the process.

Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (e.g. ADN).
- Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience and one (1) year of leadership experience
- Registered Nursing License (RN) in state of practice
- AHA-Basic Life Support (BLS)
- AHA-ACLS
- AHA-PALS
