The posted compensation range of $49.20 - $71.34 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Position Summary:
As the Manager of Cardiopulmonary Services for Community Hospital San Bernardino, you will operations and administration of quality care through each of the service areas represented in our Cardiopulmonary service lines, including acute and sub-acute respiratory care, pulmonary diagnostics, non-invasive cardiology and neurodiagnostic services. You must be knowledgeable in the standards, laws and regulations mandated by the State, The Joint Commission (TJC), and other accrediting agencies specific to the operation of each discipline. In this role, you will collaborate with clinical department managers and directors through performance improvement projects, as well as participate in hospital committees, including but not limited to the Critical Care Committee, Infection Control Sub-Committee and Code Blue Sub-Committee.

Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited institution or university OR holds Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field required.
- Minimum three (3) years respiratory therapy experience of which two (2) of those years must have been in a management, supervisor or lead role required.
- Minimum one (1) year of clinical experience in neonatal/pediatric respiratory care in a facility with a NICU equivalent to a regional or Community NICU or Pediatric Community Hospital required.
Licensure:
- Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license issued by the Respiratory Care Board of California, Department of Consumer Affairs required.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist Neonatal-Pediatric Specialist (RRT-NPS) required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advance Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Advanced Life Support (NALS) or Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required.
