The posted compensation range of $315,000 - $315,000 /year is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. As our Endocrinologist, you will join Dignity Health Medical Group - Dominican, a premier multi-specialty group in the beautiful Central Coast of California, playing a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive endocrine care within a physician-led, patient-centered practice.
Every day you will provide expert clinical care within a 100% outpatient setting, where quality is emphasized over quantity and collaboration is key. You'll work closely with a dedicated Diabetes Educator and benefit from established referral sources, ensuring a steady panel of patients right from the start. Supported by operational leaders, you'll find the resources you need to build and maintain a thriving practice while contributing significantly to the health and well-being of the Santa Cruz community.
To be successful in this role, you will be a [BC/BE, or Board Certified/Eligible] Endocrinologist with:

Job Requirements
- Board eligible or board certified in Endocrinology (ABMS or AOA)
- Active or eligible license in the state of California
- Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
