The posted compensation range of $149.03 - $163.46 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican, is seeking a board-certified Endocrinologist to join our dynamic team in Santa Cruz, CA.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $310-340k annually
- Productivity-based bonus potential
- Sign-on Bonus up to $40,000
- Relocation Assistance up to $20,000

Job Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of endocrine disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Participate in continuous medical education and stay updated with the latest advancements in endocrinology.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior medical staff and residents
Job Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
- Board certification in endocrinology.
- Valid medical license to practice in California.
- Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Commitment to teamwork and collaborative practice.
