- Guaranteed Salary: $375,000 – $400,000+ productivity incentives

- Modern, well-equipped birthing center
- Approximately 700-800 deliveries annually
- Access to Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
- 24/7 anesthesia coverage with a team of experienced anesthesiologists

Job Requirements
- MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA certification
- Proficiency in Spanish is preferred
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
