Compensation and Benefits

• Guaranteed Salary: $375,000 – $400,000+ productivity incentives
• Sign-on Bonus: Up to $100,000

• Modern, well-equipped birthing center 
• Approximately 700-800 deliveries annually
• Access to Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
• 24/7 anesthesia coverage with a team of experienced anesthesiologists
• Dedicated OB ED

• MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA certification
• Proficiency in Spanish is preferred
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
