The posted compensation range of $325,000 - $325,000 /year is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job Summary and Responsibilities

Physiatrist (PM&R) – Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican, Santa Cruz, CA

Join the physician-led team at Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican. We are seeking a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) physician for a mixed office and hospital-based practice in coastal Santa Cruz. As the only practice in the area treating General Rehabilitation patients, you will play a vital role in our patient-centered organization.

  • Clinical Resources: Dedicated MA support and mentorship from established group members.
  • Mixed Practice: Manage a 20-bed, CARF-certified Acute Rehabilitation Unit and a bustling consult service.
  • Teaching: Opportunities to precept advanced practice providers and future residents.
  • Balanced Schedule: 1:5 hospital call rotation; minimum one week of inpatient service per month.

Compensation and Benefits

  • 12 Month Salary Guarantee: $325,000 + productivity incentives

Job Requirements
  • MD or DO degree; Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in PM&R (ABMS or AOA).
  • Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program.
  • Active California medical license (or ability to obtain).
