Responsibilities

Dignity Health Medical Group - Ventura County is seeking an FM Physician dedicated to delivering high quality, compassionate care to our diverse community of Santa Paula, CA.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary, sign on and relocation assistance
    • Salary Range: $250,000 - 300,000 annually + productivity incentives
    • Sign on Bonus up to $125k
    • Relocation Assistance up to $20k

Qualifications
  • A valid and unrestricted California medical license
  • Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA)

Our clinic in Santa Paula, CA, is a charming city within Ventura County known as the "Citrus Capital of the World." Nestled in the fertile Santa Clara River Valley, Santa Paula is rich in history, agriculture, and small-town character, making it an inviting and unique community within the region. The county also includes the cities of Camarillo, Fillmore, Moorpark, Ojai, Oxnard, Port Hueneme, Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks, and San Buenaventura.
