The posted compensation range of $42.43 - $71.67 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job Summary and Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Evidence-based Practice (EBP) and Patient Care: Builds skills to utilize current evidence based practice knowledge, the nursing process, critical thinking and problem solving skills to provide holistic care to individuals across the lifespan and care continuum.

      Clinical Skills: Basic understanding of and ability to provide clinical skills necessary for patient care, e.g. history taking, therapeutic planning and monitoring, etc., to achieve optimized outcomes in medication therapy and clinical treatment.

Job Requirements

Required Education and Experience

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
  • 0-12 months of professional nursing (RN) experience

Required Licensure and Certifications

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse issued by the Washington State Board of Nursing.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification within sixty days of hire, and maintained as current thereafter.
  • Current BLS Certification from the American Heart Association. Please be advised that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire. This ongoing competency is required through resources internal to the facility; outside RQI competency resources are not acceptable for CommonSpirit Health compliance requirements.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Training
  • Must meet the requirements of the year long program,including preparation work and class attendance
  • Must remain in a full-time position for the entirety ofthe year long program
  • Must be able to work and train on either night or day shiftsincluding holidays
  • Must agree to terms and conditions of the program
