The posted compensation range of $258,000 - $265,000/year is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
St. Joseph’s Medical Center in partnership with Community Medical Centers (FQHC) is seeking a Family Medicine Physician (MD or DO) to join as faculty in our Family Medicine Residency program.
For DO candidates, experience in Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT) is preferred.
About the Opportunity
This is a "Core Faculty" position where qualified physicians will be precepting residents and will also have their own clinic, 1-2 half days in a week.

Compensation Details
- Salary range is a base of $258,000 and up based on experience and duties. Quality, productivity bonuses, and Core faculty stipend available.

Qualifications
- Board eligible / Board certified within one year
- DO Physicians: Experience in Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT) preferred
- CA Medical License or eligible
- Enthusiasm for Family Medicine education
