The posted compensation range of $345,000 - $350,000 /year is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job Summary and Responsibilities

Dignity Health St. Joseph’s Medical Center is seeking Psychiatry physicians to join a growing “privademics” practice. Incoming physicians will have a faculty appointment through Touro University, California and an important role in the continued success and development of our Psychiatry Residency Program.

About the Opportunity:

  • Looking for AdultOutpatient and Child/Adolescent Psychiatrists

  • Mon-Fri (no call)

  • 34-bed Psychiatric Hospital nearby

  • Medical and Dental Benefits, 401K, Generous PTO, CME, Malpractice, Disability, etc.

  • Two year base salary of $350k + Signing Bonus + Relocation and qualifying location for PSLF

  • Academic appointment available through Touro University, California

This psychiatry residency program is community based and has 10 residents per year.

Job Requirements
  • Board-eligible/Board-certified 
  • CA license/eligible
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of Psychiatry care principles
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
