The posted compensation range of $38.81 - $56.28 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
Responsible for the overall system management of Mission Integration and Ensures alignment of Mission Integration activities with CHI key indicators for Mission: Values Integration, Leadership and Culture, Ethics, Spirituality in the
Workplace, Diversity, and Mission Impact on Core Business Practices.
ESSENTIAL KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provide opportunities for cultivating spirituality in the workplace.
2. Participate in leadership meetings (Management Forum and Leadership Council) to be an informed leader who is better able to guide the Spiritual Care of the Health System and provide a voice for Mission Integration and Spiritual
Care at an executive level.
3. Enable a team approach wherein communication lines are transparent, leadership is bold and productive.
4. Implement programming to encourage and support employee formation.
5. Provide leadership and oversight for Pastoral Visitor Program.
6. Develop, implement and refine policies and procedures for Spiritual Care with the assistance of the Manager of Spiritual Care.
7. Understand, promote and interpret the mission and values and ensure their application to policies and procedures; support a ministry culture which encourages pride and ownership in the mission.
8. Establish and coordinate overall departmental budget.
9. Model servant leadership and participate in committee work and task forces within the health system.
Qualifications
Minimum Required Education & Experience:
Master's Degree
Seven (7) years experience in the discipline
Five (5) years leadership experience
Board Certified with accredited chaplaincy group such as: APC, NACC or NAJC
4 credits Clinical Pastoral Education
Required Mininmum Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Training:
Possess history and understanding of how to successfully implement change management process
