The posted compensation range of $64.91 - $76.52 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican, is seeking an energetic and motivated Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Family Medicine Physician Associate (PA) to join our collegial practice in Watsonville, CA. We are a diverse multi-specialty group comprised of more than 100 providers that are committed to building healthier communities. We are affiliated with Dominican Hospital and aligned with one of the largest nonprofit health systems in the nation and the largest hospital system in California.

What We Offer:

  • Salary Range:
    • Nurse Practitioner: $135,026.00 - $151,229.00 DOE
    • Physician Assistant: $142,112.00 - $159,165.00 DOE

Job Requirements
  • A valid and unrestricted NP or PA license to practice in the State of California
  • Nationally recognized certification (as determined by Medicare)
  • Completion of state mandated educational courses
  • Spanish fluency strongly preferred
