As our Telehealth Psychiatrist in Williston, ND, you will be the pioneering Mental Healthcare Architect, establishing and leading innovative telepsychiatry services for a rapidly growing community. You will design and implement comprehensive, state-of-the-art virtual psychiatric care pathways, impacting mental health awareness and treatment across a diverse patient panel of all ages. This pivotal role allows you to significantly shape telehealth mental health programs and contribute to a modern, integrated medical network while remotely delivering cutting-edge psychiatric support.
Every day, you will leverage advanced telepsychiatry approaches to diagnose, treat, and manage a robust patient panel experiencing high demand for psychiatric services. You will collaborate seamlessly with on-site primary care providers, emergency medicine, neurology, and other specialists within an integrated care model, ensuring coordinated, holistic patient management through virtual consultations. Your work directly addresses a significant community need, making a profound and immediate difference in reducing wait times and increasing access to quality mental healthcare from within our modern facilities or your home office.
To be successful in this Telehealth Psychiatrist role, you will be a visionary Psychiatry Physician dedicated to advancing accessible mental healthcare through virtual platforms. Job Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry
- Active or eligible license in the state of North Dakota
- Strong clinical skills with experience in Psychiatry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients and families
