Responsibilities

Woodland Clinic Medical Group is seeking an additional Otolaryngologist to join our ENT serviceline. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive, collegial, and collaborative multi-specialty group that has served the community for over a century.

Opportunity Highlights:

  • General ENT (primarily adult/some pediatrics); no cosmetics  
  • Practice alongside tenured otolaryngologists 
  • Ear surgery experience a plus 
  • Shared practice-only call; no ED call (approx. 1:6–1:7)
  • Good work-life balance: one clinic, one hospital 

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Annual Compensation: $500,247

Qualifications
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
  • Must be Board Certified within 2 years of completing training
  • Eligible for a California medical license
  • Strong interest in providing high-quality, patient-focused care
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Open to both new graduates and experienced physicians
  • This is not a J-1 or H-1B visa opportunity.
