Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Sys Director Revenue Cycle Operational Analytics, you will serve as the strategic leader responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive revenue cycle performance. You will oversee the development and implementation of advanced data models and analytical frameworks designed to monitor operational health and identify areas for systemic improvement. By leading a high-performing team and championing data-driven decision-making, you will provide the high-value solutions necessary to optimize financial workflows and ensure the long-term fiscal success of our enterprise.

Every day you will direct the analysis of large, multi-dimensional datasets to generate accurate, executive-level reporting that guides organizational strategy. You will oversee the management of our revenue analytics platforms, ensuring that both internal staff and external stakeholders are equipped with the training and tools needed to interpret data effectively. Through continuous collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will design digital solutions and automated processes that reduce manual labor, improve data quality, and address the evolving analytical needs of our revenue cycle operations.

To be successful in this role, you will possess deep expertise in revenue cycle management and advanced proficiency in data visualization and quantitative analysis. You must be a skilled communicator capable of presenting findings to senior leadership and recommending solutions that bridge the gap between technical data and operational execution. Proficiency in industry-standard tools—such as SQL, Google Suite, and Epic Clarity—is essential, as is a proactive mindset focused on process improvement, automation, and the development of robust, scalable data architectures.

  • Lead the strategy and execution of revenue cycle analytics, including data acquisition, modeling, and visualization.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to a data-focused team, fostering a culture of accuracy and proactive problem-solving.
  • Manage revenue analytics software and tools, ensuring optimal utilization and training across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to identify operational bottlenecks and implement automated digital solutions.
  • Perform deep-dive, ad-hoc analytics to support performance monitoring and enterprise-wide financial initiatives.
  • Maintain expert proficiency in technical reporting platforms, including SQL, Google Suite, and Epic Clarity, to drive system efficiency.
