The posted compensation range of $33.84 - $50.34 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. As our Electrophysiology Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will be a visionary leader, setting the standard for exceptional patient care and empowering our EP team to achieve unparalleled clinical excellence.

- Provide direct supervision, mentorship, and professional development to a team of EP Clinic Registered Nurses
- Oversee the daily operations of the EP Clinic, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols, best practices, and regulatory standards.
- Champion patient-centered care, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate delivery of services to individuals with complex heart rhythm conditions.
- Foster a cohesive and supportive team environment, promoting effective communication and interdisciplinary collaboration with EP physicians, advanced practice providers, and other departments.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, data collection, and performance monitoring to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safety.
- Oversee and contribute to the development and delivery of comprehensive patient education on various EP procedures and conditions.
Job Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arkansas.
- Minimum of 3 years of recent clinical experience in Electrophysiology preferred.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
- In-depth knowledge of EP procedures, devices (pacemakers, ICDs, loop recorders), medications, and patient management protocols.
