The posted compensation range of $17.28 - $24.41 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

As our Staffing Coordinator at CHI Willliston Health, you will develop and maintain staffing schedules and assist with staff scheduling as requested by the Department Manager or designee. Maintains all related records as required or requested.
Provides adequate staffing of nursing personnel for all shifts based on pre-established schedules, staffing guidelines and direction from the Department Director or designee.
Coordinates the staffing requirements of each unit based on immediate changes due to the need for replacement staff, patient acuity and census under the direction of the Department Director or designee.
Demonstrates an understanding of organizational structure and utilizes appropriate channels of communication.
Requisitions supplies and equipment, maintenance and repair services and prepares related forms. Maintains stock and equipment at pre-determined PAR levels.
Establishes and maintains interpersonal relationships with patients, visitors, physicians and Hospital personnel, while maintaining confidentiality of patient information.
Demonstrates a professional, cooperative manner when dealing with members of the health care team.

- American Heart Association Basic Life Support - CPR (BLS-CPR)
Preferred
